Our sessions are held either at our secure paddock in Felmingham, North Walsham, or at your house, depending on the training that is required. For example, recall training would be better suited to the space of the paddock, however doorbell desensitisation would need to take place at home. The location will always be confirmed on booking. Home visits may incur an extra charge,
Full payment is required on booking for all 121 sessions, day training, day care and single night boarding.
A 50% deposit is required on booking for all boarding over one night and all Wedding Chaperone Services. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the commencement of services.
You will receive an invoice which is payable either via BACS or the Client Portal. 24 hours grace is given for payment upon receive of invoice. After such time, your session will be offered to another client.
Cancellations for 121 sessions, day training, day care and single night boarding made with less than 48 hours notice will be issued a 50% refund. Cancellations for these services with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
Cancellations for home boarding longer than one night and all Wedding Chaperone Services will not be refunded with less than two weeks notice.

Structured Pack Walks and Classes can be booked via the 'booking' page. For all other services, send us a message via the website or email us directly with your enquiry and we'll be in touch to discuss your training and booking. Simple!
