Our sessions are held either at our secure paddock in Felmingham, North Walsham, at an agree public location or at your house, depending on the training that is required. For example, recall training would be better suited to the space of the paddock, however doorbell desensitisation would need to take place at home. The location will always be confirmed on booking. Home visits will incur an extra charge.
An invoice will be generated via our client app. Payment is required on booking to secure your service. 24 hours grace will be given for payment to be made on receipt of invoice. Payment can be made online directly via the app or via BACS.
Any cancellations within [24] hours of scheduled services for 121 training, day training and regular walks cannot be refunded.
Any cancellations within [48] hours of scheduled services for 121 training, day training and regular walks will receive a 50% refund.
For home boarding longer than one night and Wedding Day Chaperone Services, a 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking to secure the dates. The remaining payment is due two weeks before the services commence. No refund will be given for cancellation of boarding services.
All structured pack walks, group classes, workshops, seminars wedding chaperone and boarding services are non refundable.
